Project: Refresh the Mascot Logo for Jefferson Elementary School
With colors previously selected by the district, Nichole was asked to redesign the Mascot Logo work up working side by side with the Communications director who gathered feedback from school staff.
After designing the Winding Creek Elementary School mascot, Nichole was asked to assist with refreshing additional Mascot Logos for RCSD. Jefferson Elementary’s mascot was very basic and gave off a 90’s clip art vibe. So Nichole refreshed the design.
The Design Process
Input from Google Forms showed staff liked the rounded stars, though some found them too childish. Most wanted to keep three stars. Nichole created options to address both requests. Concept 1 from round two was chosen, with the extra glimmer marks to be removed.
